Refund policy

All Tapewise purchases are final. Once purchased, the product is non-refundable.

Why

Tapewise is software supplied in digital form: the licence is activated right after payment and the program can be used from that moment.

Before completing the purchase we ask you to expressly confirm that you agree to immediate activation and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, as provided for digital content by Directive 2011/83/EU and the Italian Consumer Code (art. 59).

What it covers

monthly and yearly licences, including the period running;
every renewal already paid.

Renewal

There are no automatic renewals: each period is paid on its own. If you do not renew, Tapewise stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then stops. The current period is not refunded, in whole or in part.

What remains guaranteed

If a technical error charges a payment twice, we refund the extra charge. Rights that the law does not allow to be excluded, such as the legal guarantee of conformity, also remain in force.
